This is a company that I wanted to share with you all because owner and founder of Ecominders, Allison Shaewitz, is a mommie just like us. Allison adopted some simple eco-friendly changes to her life and with that came a great idea to share with others just how easy it is to make small changes in your life at home, school or office. She also decided to make Ecominders a member of1% For The Planet where she donates 1% of her sales to environmental organizations.

Ecominders teaches children and reminds adults that reducing our energy use can make huge impacts to the environment. Little things like remembering to turn off the lights {I’m horrible for this…I’m sure my mom is still tired from walking behind me to turn off every light in the house when I was growing up}

So what are Ecominders? They’re removable, reusable, never forget to do your part, making it easier to help save the planet sticker! Most of the stickers have a clear background except for the recycling stickers which are green.

For review, we received the entire product line to check out including a reusable tote and two 100% organic tees. Aidan doesn’t quite grasp the ecominders concept just yet as he’s only 2, but it’s never too early to start learning and reminding him. For adults I think this is a great product, especially in the office or school where energy is constantly being wasted! It’s fantastic that they’re removable and reusable because I find when you look at the same image on the wall or door time after time you don’t notice it anymore. Teachers and business owners can switch them up to keep the ecominders message fresh!

The reusable ecominders tote bag is huge. HUGE. I’m really surprised they’re only $2.95! This is an excellent grocery bag for bigger items. I find it frustrating when I can only get 2 or 3 boxes of cereal in bag….this one can fit a ton! The handles are long enough too that if I fill it up with canned items, I can tie the handles so groceries don’t roll around in the back while I’m driving.
