the natural mommie family is growing!

I am so excited to make this fantastic announcement to all of you today! The Natural Mommie family has grown and I’m thrilled to welcome our new Health & Wellness Editor, Naturopathic Doctor,  Dr. Corinne Brown BSc, ND! Corinne will be posting wellness tips, doing Q&A’s and is here to help enrich us all on our path to becoming a little more balanced, healthier, greener, and less toxic one step at a time!

If you’re not familiar with Naturopathy {also known as Natural Medicine or Naturopathic Medicine} it is an alternative medical system that focuses on natural remedies and the body’s vital ability to heal and maintain itself. Naturopathic philosophy favors a holistic approach and minimal use of surgery and drugs.

Wondering what your options are for a natural pregnancy? What natural alternatives are safe for your child when they’re sick? These questions and more can be answered by submitting your questions to Corinne to be shared and answered in her, “Ask the Doctor” posts.

If you have questions that you would love to have answers for, please email Please know that her suggestions are not intended to provide diagnosis or substitute a private consultation with your healthcare practitioner.
