For me, finding out the sex of our babies wasn’t completely ruining the surprise – we always say that we just got the surprise a little earlier! ;)  HOWEVER. If I knew then about this website I was just introduced to, it would have been a different story! I definitely would have waited!! Not Finding Out is an incredibly unique baby registry website. For parents who aren’t finding out the sex, this is such an easy way to still get those items in the colors you want for either a boy or girl and not have a nursery filled with yellow and green.

Not Finding Out works the same as an in-store registry works where you would walk through the store and choose items with the scanner. Here, you can virtually stroll through the online boutqiue and with a click of a mouse, an item is added to your registry. But what makes Not Finding Out different is that you’ll see “NFO” next to many of the items available. This means that that specific item is available in a pink or blue compliment and the item would be delivered to you after it’s been confirmed that you’ve had a boy or a girl!

Now, when I was a new mom, my baby registry was the last thing on my mind in those first few days with baby so if like me, you are wondering  how it’s possible for Not Finding Out to find out the sex of the baby once they’re born here’s the scoop:  Not Finding Out will mail you a Registry Packet. This includes a card that you will take with you to the hospital to give to your doctor or whoever else you’d like to be in charge of communicating the news. That person will fill out the card and mail it to NFO and they’ll keep the sex a secret – nosy shoppers will not be told no matter what.

Wondering how to shop for a “not finding out mom” who is having a baby shower before the baby’s born?  NFO makes it simple. When you purchase an item off the registry with gift wrapping, they’ll ship you a gift card that shows the item you purchased in each color available {because of course they don’t know the sex yet!} Gifts are only shipped upon baby’s arrival!!

Above and beyond this super smart concept, what I love about Not Finding Out is that all the items are boutique style – meaning you’re not limited to mass produced box store items that are the same style and colors year after year.
