This book came at a really good time. I had already started exercising, cleaning up my diet, taking some new supplements and vitamins, but after I read The Phytozyme Cure it’s given me the push to go even further with my health this year.
One of North America’s leading award winning natural health experts, Dr. Michelle Schoffro Cook, shares the insights and news you need to feel better than ever and live healthier. Dr. introduces Phytozyme Therapy — a revolutionary all-natural diet and nutrition-based plan that combines the healing powers of phytonutrients and enzymes to strengthen our immune systems, protect our bodies from disease, and even reverse the signs of aging. Developed through two decades of research and clinical practice, The Phytozyme Cure uncovers the latest scientific findings and tackles over 30 common health conditions from heart disease to diabetes, offering natural protocols for seeking out a higher level of health and wellness.
Benefits of Phytozyme Therapy include:
• Faster healing

• Greater mental clarity
• Increased resistance to illness
The first night I set down to start reading it, I made it 3/4 of the way through. It was a really easy and interesting read for me since I’m kinda into the health stuff {ahem!}.  I don’t normally do many book reviews, I think there’s been maybe 5 over the past 2 years, but this one is definitely worth checking out. I have dog eared a ton of pages to go back to in the coming months as refreshers. I really got a lot out of this book. I realized I was desperately lacking certain vitamins which have been causing certain issues {sorry not divulging!} and I was craving certain foods because of deficiencies. Since I made the changes in my diet, {they’ve been relatively easy} bought the vitamins and minerals I needed, kept up with exercising regularly {except while I’ve been away!} I’ve been feeling like a brand new me already in just a few short weeks.
