I don’t know why drinking enough water seems to be a challenge for me. Is it hard for you too? I tend to get on a good roll and drink enough, then a couple days pass by, I notice dry skin and a couple breakouts then put two and two together – not getting enough water.
I usually drink a glass first thing in the morning which feels fantastic and kick starts my digestion. But as the day goes on I forget to reach for anything to drink other than a coffee or tea. By night time I’m feeling thirsty so I drink a ton before bed, but that’s really not the way to do it!
I downloaded an app called Waterlogged to track how much water I’m drinking and to hopefully help form a habit :) Everytime you drink 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 or full glass of water you just tap the amount and it gives you a visual of how much you’ve drank so far. I’m aiming for up to 2000ml/2liters a day.
