beating the liver cleansing baking blues! (cleanse series: part 2)

So after almost two weeks of our cleanse, we are settling into a routine of things we can and cannot eat. For the first week, the boys would be constantly asking me ‘What can I eat now? Can I eat this? What about that?’ But now they are getting the hang of it and the questions are dwindling, which is a good sign!
